Terms of Service — Lean Engineering

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Lean Engineering wellness platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Not Medical Advice

The Service provides tools for tracking health data, communicating with your care team, and reviewing records. Content produced by the AI assistant and educational material is informational only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician for any medical condition.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Membership & Billing

Paid memberships renew automatically at the interval selected until canceled. You may change or cancel your membership at any time from the Plans page; changes take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.

5. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to access data belonging to other users, or submit false medical information. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, design, and educational content, is owned by Lean Engineering and its licensors. Your health data remains yours.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms or as required by law. Upon termination, we will retain records as required by applicable medical record laws.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean Engineering disclaims all warranties and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
